My name is Alice, and for the past several years I have been working in game development, combining art leadership, creative production, and team management. My background in marketing helped me develop a strong understanding of visual communication, audience engagement, and creative strategy, which I later brought into the gaming industry.

As an Art Lead / Art Manager, I have experience leading multidisciplinary art teams, managing production pipelines, coordinating workflows, and maintaining visual quality across both in-game and marketing assets. I work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure that creative direction aligns with gameplay, user experience, and project goals.

I enjoy building structured and efficient creative processes, supporting team growth, and creating cohesive visual experiences for mobile games. I continuously explore new tools, AI-assisted workflows, and modern production approaches to improve both creative quality and team efficiency.

Alongside my work in game development, I am also studying law in Ukraine, which strengthens my strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex systems and processes.
